  5. If 12 men can complete a work in 15 days, how many days will 20 men take? (Same efficiency)
  6. Expand and simplify:
    (2x3y)2(2x – 3y)^2(2x−3y)2
  7. A shopkeeper marks an item 40% above cost price and allows 10% discount. Find his gain or loss percent.
  8. The probability of getting a red ball from a bag containing 5 red and 3 blue balls (one draw).
  9. Find the area of a trapezium with parallel sides 10 cm and 18 cm and height 7 cm.
  10. Solve:
    5(x2)3(x+4)=75(x – 2) – 3(x + 4) = 75(x−2)−3(x+4)=7

  5. The perimeter of a rectangle is 100 cm. If length is 10 cm more than breadth, find its dimensions.
  6. A die is thrown twice. Find probability of getting sum 8.
  7. Construct a quadrilateral where diagonals bisect each other at right angles. Name it and justify.
