Instructions:

A notice is a short piece of writing meant to give information to a group of people. A notice usually contains:

  1. Heading – Write “NOTICE” in capital letters.
  2. Name of the organization – e.g., school or club.
  3. Date – When the notice is issued.
  4. Content/Body – The main message, clear and concise.
  5. Signature/Authority – Name and designation of the person issuing the notice.
